This amazing piece depicts the battle card artists had with magicians to get pure card manipulation separated from the art of magic as its own artform. Originally called XCM this battle took place between XCMers and magicians/flourishers who said that pure card manipulation would never be separate from magic. XCMers won this battle and today pure card manipulation is accepted both by magicians and regular people around the world.
